HOW DO I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY RESERVATION?

As a result of a reservation, in personal page under the heading your reservations, you can find contacts of the accommodation reserved.
The user who wishes to cancel a booking will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid through the portal, under the terms
established by the owner (hose-moderate-hard), excluding the costs of service. The cost of the subsidy are borne by the user.
For all payments made outside of the site, you must contact the owner direct and find an agreement for reimbursement.
The staf of Tripnpeople and has available to all users, but it is pointed out that is not responsible for payments that occur outside the site.

With regard to a change of reservation or further requests related to the living room, just contact the structure and check for availability.
